• Starting base salary of $36k - $40k annually (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

• Growth opportunity based on individual performance - 2 weeks of training and on going coaching and developing
• Interested candidates need to be flexible with scheduling – hours vary between the hours of 8am-9pm Monday – Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 12pm - 5pm, 40 hour work week

Skills and Abilities 

• Must be flexible with scheduling - 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week - hours between 8am-9pm Monday - Saturday and available to work on an occassional Sunday usually 12pm - 5pm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer applications including e-mail and the Internet, and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Listening skills
• Professionalism
• Strong sense of integrity and ethics
• Inside sales, recruiting, college recruiting experience or working in an environment with goals is a plus
