4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT EDUCATOR (100%)
OUTAGAMIE COUNTY
Provide educational leadership by planning, implementing and evaluating culturally competent educational programs directed at community needs related to volunteer development, outreach to urban youth and youth leadership development. Provide professional guidance and counsel to the 4-H club program and to other program-related groups and organizations. Play a significant role as community leader in youth development and work in partnership with county governmental leaders and others to support the positive development of youth.
