Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for an Emergency Room RN at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This full-time, civilian position offers:

Fort Carson is located south of Colorado Springs in El Paso County, Colorado. It is home to the 2nd and 3rd Brigade Combat Teams. Requirements
The position of Emergency Room RN will have the following requirements:
· BSN from a Nationally Accredited College or University (ADN accepted with experience, please inquire)
· Minimum of 3 years RN experience and at least two years of Critical Care or Emergency Nursing/ Emergency Room experience within the last 3 years
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in triaging within the last 3 years
· Any State License
· BLS, ACLS and PALS Required
· TNCC, ENPC, and CEN are preferred
