Very stable builder-owned mortgage company is seeking an experienced and highly organized loan officer to handle our growing book of business in Morgantown, WV. Responsibilities include loan origination & development of new construction loans, maintaining builder & client relations and adhering to industry compliance standards.

Requirements

Candidates must possess:

Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic based on integrity, respect and trust
Experience with both conventional and government file development
Advanced computer skills
WV originators license preferred but will work to develop and obtain for the right individual
