Description
A 60-seat inbound call center organization is seeking an experienced Supervisor. The hands-on supervisor will coach, guide, and mentor 20-30 hourly associates, and resolve escalated customer issues.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience, with 2 or more years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong supervisory, communication, customer service and sales skills needed. Must be computer literate in MS Office with the ability to analyze data and produce reports
