We are currently seeking an Assembly Technician who will in the assembly and troubleshooting of EMX products. The technician will follow both written and oral instructions to manufacture thermal imaging surveillance and weapon sights.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Assemble, test, modify, and repair major components in infrared (IR), video camera systems, and thermal weapon sites. Components include but are not limited to cameras, pan/tilt units, controllers, drivers, cables, and other associated components.
Follow assembly instructions to build systems. Assembly procedures include schematic reading, soldering, mechanical connections, signal flow, and common electronic component knowledge.
Basic knowledge of electronic principals.
Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
Ability to solder electronic equipment.
Understanding of Electro Static Discharge (ESD) principles.
