A global manufacturer of Adhesives seeks a Distribution Sales Manager for the Midwest Region responsible for delivering sales growth in multiple market segments with a full range of Adhesives Technologies through a network of independent and indirect channel partners comprised of distribution, OEM's, and private label accounts. This manager will implement the strategic plan, develop annual budgets, execute account strategies, and manage day to day operations in the Midwest region. Coordinate cross functional support for distribution to achieve channel goals with direct reposts (sales group, tech service, strategic accounts, customer service, manufacturing and supply management). 50-60% travel in the field with distributor sales reps prospecting and top down selling.
Bachelors degree preferred and MBA is a plus. 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably with adhesives technologies and distribution management in industrial segments. Base salary of $90-$110,000+ plus bonus up to 30%. Company car, expenses, lap top, cell and excellent benefits. Ideally based in the Minneapolis MN region or near a major airport.
