Description

This is a very fast-paced and demanding position that requires extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and to keep the workflow moving at a steady pace. 

Working in a professional team environment is crucial! 

Employment Coordinator Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, screen, test, conduct reference and background verifications on all candidates considered for employment
  • Post jobs with recruiters and on job boards weekly, track postings
  • Administer work behavior surveys and email results to hiring managers
  • Extensive phone communication with candidates, recruiters, and managers
  • Steady data entry into applicant flow logs
  • Scheduling phone interviews and pre-employment testing for qualified candidates
  • Managing conflicting schedules to promptly process candidates for testing
  • Maintaining applicant flow databases
  • Preparing internal & external communications via email and outgoing letters
  • Administrative support for the HR Manager
  • Will be involved with Affirmative Action data review to prepare AAP
Requirements

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Prior experience in Corporate recruiting with an average of 10 open positions at a time preferred

  • Ability to balance sensitivity to people and their problems with business needs and goals fairly and consistently

  • Superb communication skills required - both spoken and written

  • Excellent computer skills – especially in Excel and Outlook

  •  Must have Affirmative Action exposure
