Description Large Multi-national Corporation needs a Senior Tax Accounting Specialist to work in tax accounting [FAS 109] including tax provisions / compliance , supporting work papers and tax planning. Senior Tax Accounting Specialist will experience high visibility working with Senior Management doing analysis in Mergers and Acquisitions , Re-structurings , FIN 48 and impact areas to the corporations.

Requirements

Senior Tax Accounting Specialist will have :
5 - 13 years tax experience
Public Accounting or Multi-national experience
CPA or Masters in Taxation
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
