Description Admissions Coordinator: Cortland Place Health Center, a skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Greenville, RI is seeking an R.N./Admissions Coordinator to serve as a conduit with the local hospitals in the nursing home admission process while mananging the services in our assisted living facility.
