Description
Growing call center seeks 4 Customer Service Representatives to join their team immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls in regards billing & payment, general inquiries and account status
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customer questions
- Assist customers with questions about their loans
- Heavy administrative work in conjunction with answering the phones
Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday
Requirements
- At least 1 year of financial call center experience
- MUST be able to provide your own transporation, building not accessible by DART
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker
- Demonstrated ability to provide premier service to customers
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Team player
