Description Seeking fulltime chef to create and plan menus from ideas to execution Plans menus by popularity of dishes, recency of menu; utilizing existing foodstuffs. Our restaurants are very busy and the candidate must be able to lead a motivate their team to success. Prior high volume experience.

Requirements Approves food preparation by observing methods of preparation; tasting prepared dishes; viewing color, texture, and garnishments; verifying portion sizes.
Controls costs by using readily available and seasonal ingredients; setting standards for quality and quantity.
Completes kitchen operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains a clean and safe environment by implementing federal, state, and local sanitation requirements; instructing others in the use of kitchen utensils and operation of equipment.
Maintains kitchen staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
