Description
Physical Therapist
Evaluates patient's functional mobility, formulates plan of care, makes recommendations and delivers skilled physical therapy interventions as appropriate. Practices according to regulatory standards and within physical therapy scope of practice.
Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSURE
Master's or Doctorate degree from accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current IN Physical Therapist Licensure.
EXPERIENCE
One to two years experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Requires critical thinking skills, higher level communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work independently or with finite supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
WORK SCHEDULE
PRN (as needed) position that will work between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Required to attend mandatory department meetings as scheduled by department manager.
