Commissions Auditor

• Ability to perform duties that require close attention to detail

• Excellent working knowledge all Microsoft software products- Especially Excel
• Aptitude and comfort for learning new software
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
•  High comfort level  asserting self in order to resolve  issues

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance position that required meticulous attention to detail

• Working knowledge of RQ4 software preferred, but not required

• Examine internal and external commission reports for discrepancies

• Resolve report discrepancies through research and communication with others

• Prepare month-end commission reports using Microsoft Excel

• Prioritize and consistently follow up on unresolved issues

• Provide administrative support to the Commissions Manager as necessary and appropriate to facilitate maximum efficiency

If interested in this position, please note that there will be a required two week training period in CA.  The chosen candidate must be able to travel for the first two weeks and then travel will be negligible after the inital training.
