Located in North Sioux City, SD we are the North American operation of an international company, established in November 2006. Our prime objective is to build a robotics workforce to be used in the food processing industry. Due to growth, we are currently seeking a qualified Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our team of professionals!
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
In this unique, hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to serve as our primary administrative support to our office staff and company President. This position may also grow to manager other office staff as our company expands.
Other duties include:

Decision-making regarding administrative matters

Coordinating travel arrangements and business correspondence

Answering phones, filing and other administrative tasks

Coordinating travel arrangements

Welcoming clients

Scheduling conference rooms and coordinating luncheons

Analyzing and organizing office operations and procedures

Interfacing with outsourced HR service provider to maintain employee records, benefits and payroll information

Coordinating and arrange meetings, prepare agendas and transcribe minutes of meetings as needed
-
Reading and routing incoming mail
-
Ordering and maintaining supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a team player mentality. The ability to make decisions and display good judgment is essential. A professional demeanor and polished office appearance is also required. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as attention to detail and customer focus will take you far!
