Description
Northeast valley cabinet company is seeking a Kitchen Cabinet Professional to handle all aspects of FIELD OPERATIONS. Applicant should have a MINIMUM 5 years of experience in our field.

We are seeking someone with a diverse knowledge of our profession that has the skills and experience to make the back end of our operation run smoothly. We want to know about your history in all aspects of the cabinet business from manufacturing to design. From installation to customer service. You should be well versed in modular, semi-custom and true custom cabinetry. The more experience you have in any of these areas the more opportunity you will have to advance and grow within our company.

Requirements Applicant must have a minimum 5 years experience in the Kitchen Cabinet industry.

No Exceptions will be considered.

Applicant would be responsible for the following;

1. All aspects of scheduling and making deliveries into a client's home or jobsite.

2. Responsible for scheduling installations, and service appointments.

3. Customer service related to all aspects of the project past the sale.

4. Maintaining 

Applicant must be able to understand complex custom cabinet design and use that knowledge to perform the following duties;

1. Field measure.

2. Layout designs in the field for verification before an order is placed.

3. Ensure installers understand all drawings by reviewing the design and communicating with the designer.

4. Ensure that the builder/homeowner is aware of all day to day operations, and kept up to date with the schedule.

5. Must be able to review installations, hold installers accountable for their work, create parts and punch lists.

6. Most importantly - Ensure Customer Satisfaction!!!
