Description

Our client is currently looking for a Lab Tech to work with their diagnostics team. the Lab Tech will receive incoming samples perform various QA/QC testing, and report data. Some other duties include, but are not limited to:

Disposal of bio hazardous and chemical waste material as described in safety protocols
Providing input regarding training and checklists.
Assisting with the department quality improvement program.
Special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

BS in Medical Technology preferred (ASCP certified) or BS in a scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience performing tissue staining with fluorescent antibodies, cell imaging via computer-aided microscopy, and quantitation of fluorescence data
