Description Plan and perform business process and user needs analysis for new and upgraded Data Driven Decisions (3D) models and systems. Acts as the liaison between business units and Information Services and Technology Management. Provide primary business support for the development of the IUSM Data Repository. Lead projects to develop user requirements and specifications for new systems and reporting environments. Design and perform quality assurance. Prepare analyses and reports and make recommendations to deans, directors, and departments.

Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology or related field; 5 years of experience in information systems, reporting and analysis or related field.  Knowledge of meeting quality standards for services. Verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, complex problem solving, troubleshooting, time management and quality control analysis skills. Ability to make decisions, keep up to date with technology, analyze information and evalute results to choose the best solution and solve problems, translate or explan what information means and how it can be used.
