Learning Services, a national provider of residential rehab and supported living programs for adults with brain injuries, is seeking qualified part-time Occupational Therapists (OTR or COTA) to join our program in Gilroy, CA.

This clinical position is responsible for providing treatment via group or individual intervention with a focus on increasing social, cognitive and functional living skills.

Some key responsibilities for this role are:

• Performing OT evaluations to determine appropriate OT treatment goals • Participate in resident discharge planning

• Collaborates with internal Case Manager overseeing OT treatment plan to monitor progress

• Provide education and training for residents, families and direct care staff

Requirements Requirements for all Applicants include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Relevant experience
• Registered and licensed where appropriate
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
• Possess the physical abilities necessary to transport, transfer and manage residents
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

Our CARF accredited Gilroy, CA program is just 40 minutes from San Jose and located on a tranquil 10 acre ranch providing a picturesque working environment.
