Job Title: Voice Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 3 week project
Job Description:
Knowledge of the features and functionality of the 7965, 7962, 7942 multi line set.
Including the Directories button with Call Logs, Personal Directory and Corporate directory.
Familiarity with logging into the Personal Directory and maneuvering around the Personal Address Book and Fast Dials.
Understand what functionality the line buttons can be; line appearance, BLF, Speed Dials.
Have a thorough understanding of the difference between Fast Dials and Speed dials and be able to explain the difference to someone.
Have a thorough understanding of the CCMUser page, how to log into it and all of the different parts of it. Be able to explain the difference between the Personal Address book and Fast Dials and how they relate to one another.
Understand PCA, Personal Communication Assistant for Unity, and how it relates to your Unity Mailbox.
