We have an urgent position for a Database Marketing Analyst with the following skills:

- 5+ years of total experience as Database Analyst.
- Experience developing campaign segmentation strategy and target audience lists that meet campaign specifications and objectives.
- Analyzes and communicates campaign performance.
- Identifies and applies best practices in reporting.
- Develops and generates program and operational reports.
- Conducts audience profiling and segmentation analysis.
- Develops and generates ad-hoc reports to client specifications.
- Negotiates changes to reporting requirements with team and client.
- Incorporates learning from campaigns to ensure more effective and efficient targeting and better results in future campaigns.
- Identifies data and system issues impacting report availability and accuracy.
- Identifies issues with data availability and quality and recommends solutions.
- Ensures adherence to permission marketing rules.

Required Skills:
- MBA degree
- Marketing experience
- Reporting experience
- Strong with Excel
- Excellent communication and written skills
