Description
Seeking a Catalog Manager for on-boarding. catalog management/eprocurement, syndication, vendor/supplier relationship management, for a 6 month contract-to-perm position in the Deerfield/Northbrook/Riverwoods area office of this leading, global corp
· Manages/organizes vendor catalog operations in a new Ariba Supplier network- build, document & manage the process of identifying, onboarding, & operating the Ariba catalog system.
· Establishes SLAs enabling processes like onboarding & approvals
· Metrics: Tracks/analyzes/measures results of supplier onboarding, spend data, invoicing, technical issues to ensure compliance & positive customer experiences.
· Integrates processes with current catalog system, to improve/streamline processes
eProcurement/Catalog Management:
- Defines/implements Catalog initiatives & manages eProcurement: all electronic catalogs & associated software to ensure current/accurate/available set of catalog data.
- Liaises with new catalog suppliers & Catalog Mgrs, Business Units, to create internal or punch-out catalogs within P2P system, & review new catalogs for compliance with Ariba & agreements, standards, accepted products/service.
- Creates/maintains master catalog data like commodity codes, units of measure, suppliers, & works with Category Managers to gain approval of new catalogs/updates, get changes approved, identify reporting requirements, perform system/UAT testing of eProcurement Catalogs, reports on spend, documents, and manages relationships. on-catalog spend.
Vendor/Supplier Enablement/Onboarding/Relationships and Management to the Ariba P2P tool: managing training, setup, ability to receive/enter transactions through the Ariba portal for supplier eProcurement processing (PO & Invoice), assists with portal registration & other issues, maintains the online tracking tool for all supplier collaboration/communication, & performs system/UAT testing for transaction processing.
