Hotel Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on maintenance manager to lead the maintenance team at a mid-sized area hotel.

Duties:

• Maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatments, refrigerators, compressors, alarms, etc.; diagnoses problems; responds to break-downs; coordinating and supervising installations.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs by determining work priorities; scheduling inspections, repairs, and replacements.

• Maintain hotel appearance by evaluating conditions, scheduling carpentry, painting, cleaning, decorating, landscaping, and enforcing appearance standards.

• Protect guests and employees by maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

• Prepare maintenance reports by maintaining logs and charts.

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
