Description Essential Functions:

Receive various information pertaining to members' accounts and route to proper department for processing
Perform routine member transactions on all accounts
Cross-sell all services offered by the Credit Union
Maintain cash drawer in accordance with policy and procedure and examine checks for endorsements and negotiability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary for servicing Credit Union members. Must project a positive image as a representative of the Credit Union.
Work requires extensive knowledge of all Credit Union products and services. These characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a high school education. Basic mathematical skills are required (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing). No Phone Calls Please. EOE/D/V/F/M
