Minimum Requirements:

•          Must be 18 years or older

•          Current State Licensure or Certification 

•          Educational requirements based upon position(s) applied for.  Inquire within

•          Minimum of six months experience in home health or personal care

•          Minimum of six months to one year of experience in a supervised setting within the last

           three (3) years

•          Current CPR required for nurses only (RN’s & LPN’s)

•          Physical done within the last three months

•          PPD done within the last twelve months

•          Reliable transportation
