Requires a Master’s degree or higher in PT or Bachelor’s degree in PT with an MA in education or health-related field; five (5) years recent, relevant PT/PTA experience; MI licensure in PT or eligibility to obtain license; teaching experience in academic, clinical, in-service, or educational activities; one (1) year of administrative or supervisory role.
