Kansas City, KS Company in need of a Corp. Tax Analyst/Tax Manager
KCK Company is in need of an Experienced Corporate Tax Analyst/Tax Manager. Must have BS or BA or equivalent experience. Prefer JD, Masters in Law or MS in Science. CPA certified required. 7+ years related tax experience in Building 4 Accounting firm or private industry. Prefer candidate that has both experience in Public and Private industries. Must know international tax laws. Good understanding of FAS 109, FIN 48, & GAAP.
Will manage foreign entitles including Canadian Income and provisional income tax/capital fillings, earnings & profits updates, overall foreign loss calculations, related party dividends, interests, research & special projects. Will assist with FAX 109 provision analysis and audits support for all taxing jurisdictions.
