We are conducting a national search for an experienced Director of Quality. Our client is a 100+ bed acute care hospital located in beautiful Southeastern, Washington state. In this high profile role the Director of Quality will oversee the operational, financial management and personnel resources for Quality Performance, Case Management, Utilization Review, Risk Management, Infection Control and Patient Relations areas. This includes functioning as the information coordinator for the Hospital-wide quality performance program and coordinating all certification, patient safety and regulatory programs.

This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. There are 9 FTEs including 2 Case Managers and 2 Nurse Reviewers

Requirements Our ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree preferred; Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligible preferred but not required; CPHQ certification desired; A minimum of five years comparable acute care experience with at least 2 years at a leadership or supervisory level; Current AHA HCP Card (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
