Genesys InfoMart Developer
DESCRIPTION:
Will work on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develops and prepares solutions. Performs and leads modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs, tests and debugs programs. Participates in the overall systems testing. Supports the implementation of the application into production.
- Must have PROVEN skills and demonstrated working knowledge of:
- Oracle or SQL server 2005
- Genesys InfoMart
Responsibilities for Genesys:
- Configuration and Maintenance of the GIM (Genesys InfoMart) software, DB (Database) and scheduled jobs
- Complete understanding of the GIM schema and ETL jobs
- Troubleshooting ETL processes
- Working with the DBA to make changes, upgrades, hot fixes as necessary
- Working with Report Developers to identify data elements within GIM
- Provide guidance for test plans and testing scenarios in the GIM environment
- Travel will be necessary on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, with multitasking capabilities, and a good sense of urgency and prioritization
- Strong follow through with little supervision
- InfoMart Experience
- Strong SQL Skills
- Genesys Interactive Insights experience
- Genesys Advisor experience
- Call Center Technologies experience (IVR, Call Routing, Workforce Management, and Reporting)
- Java or ASP.Net skills
