Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will contribute to the overall organization by providing financial analysis and decision support services. This role provides the opportunity to learn about various business units within the International organization, as well as the overall financial reporting structure and process of the parent company. This position reports to a Manager of Finance and will provide exposure to the Senior Leaders of the business unit operations through the primary responsibilities listed below.

Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting and analysis of International businesses and currency hedging within the Latin American region.
• Provide planning and logistical support to the Latin American regional offices and finance management on financial consolidation and dissemination.
• Prepare and analyze variances of monthly actuals to annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Work with senior leaders and peers on strategic projects.

Requirements Required Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate well with peers of varying backgrounds and cultures and senior management.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze overall financial picture.
• Adept to working in a fast pace environment with the demand for extended hours.
• Capable of completing complex tasks with minimal direction in an efficient manner.
• Must be proficient in database development as well as all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of four years of financial planning experience preferred.
