We specialize in industrial staffing but also provide office, technical and professional employees for short or long-term staffing. We serve small businesses that need only a few employees and large customers that use a high volume of employees.

Description

• Processing room is looking for a third team member to join their tight-knit team.

• Create various condiment products using correct recipes and ingredients       

• Set up and operate equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products

• Unload seed truck 2-3 times a week, which takes approximately 2-3 hours

• Operate mixing and various other machines involved in the creation of food products.

• Temp to hire position with vacation, 401K, free health insurance, and paid holiday upon hire

• 1^st shift position 40-60 hours per week.

  • 6am – 6pm 5 days a week during busy season (January – July)

    • Most likely 4 days a week during slow season (August – December)

Keywords: Production, labor, general labor, manufacturing, assembly, machine operator, mixing, process, line, packaging.

• Strong work ethic, daily attendance is critical

• Forklift experience desired.

• Ability to lift 60+ pounds

• Some food processing background desired, not required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
