Wintrust Mortgage Corporation has an immediate opening for a WEB MANAGER
Our Internal IT Department is looking for someone to
Setup, manage and support 500+ websites using custom built Content Management Systems (CMS). Assist developers to test and debugging new functionality and bug fixes. Manage and monitor websites, servers and DNS. Maintain and develop documentation related to procedures, system and process. Work with compliance and information security department.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Manages Realtor Website Accounts
o Site setup
o Billing & Account Management
o Realtor Customer Support
o Loan Officer Support
Manages Loan Officer Micro-Websites
o Site Setup
o Content Reviewer / Approver
o Loan Officer Website Support
Testing when necessary
Manage Server
DNS Management
Project Management

Requirements
- terrific customer service skills
- ability to multi-task and work independently
- experience with web site search and functionality
- 2 or 4 yr college degree or job related experience
- Real Estate background
-Web Programming 1+ years: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop
-3+ years experience in Customer Service, Administration, and Project Management
-Self Starter, works well with others and a TEAM contributor
-Desires a high a paced environment and able to quickly adapt
