Enrollment Counselor / Account Executive

• Provide students across the country with the highest level of one-on-one customer service and administrative support.
• Act as a personal coach / counselor / advisor to help students qualify for admissions, select a degree, complete the enrollment process and make a smooth transition into the classroom.
• Work as part of a Graduation Team with other counseling specialists to ensure your students’ success.

Requirements Possessing a relatively high level of communication skills to accurately convey University information is ideal. Seeking results oriented individuals with the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Customer service and/or sales experience entailing one on one interaction is preferred. Working knowledge of database and software packages to enter, track, and maintain student information is essential. One year of college education preferred.

Must have a minimum of 60 college credit hours

This position requires confidence, resilience, strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others.

ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT COUNSELOR / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

• General knowledge of business, education, and technology counseling and nursing programs of study
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Proven sales record
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and be results oriented
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to groups both large and small
• Valid driver’s license for local travel
• Customer service, sales or marketing experience entailing one-on-one interaction
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 60 college credit hours is required
• Inside and/or outside sales experience is a plus
