Customer Support Coordinator

What We Need:

We are currently seeking a reliable person with excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette for an open full-time position in Minneapolis.  The right candidate will have previous experience accurately processing customer orders while working with customers to ensure orders meet company order guidelines and requirements for order size, pricing, promotion, freight allowance, item information and lead time to guarantee complete and on time customer shipments.  The selected candidate will initiate timely communication and feedback regarding any order changes or discrepancies to sales support supply chain personnel and/or customers/brokers Good typing and data entry skills are a must.  This is a full time position requiring the successful candidate to work Monday-Friday (overtime may be required). 

These positions require professional candidates that are able to adapt easily and work in a professional office environment.  Attendance and reliability are an absolute requirement!

What You Need:

1.  Excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette

2.  History of success and tenure in previous work experience

3.  Work with Sales Support, Marketing, Item Master Data Manager and Supply Chain personnel to ensure proper set up of information in order to expedite order processing and the fulfillment of customer orders

4.  Solid computer skills working within a Windows environment

5.  The ability to solve complex problems

6.  Professional communication skills

7.  Contact by telephone and e-mail with brokers, customers, and field sales to resolve customer order discrepancies

8.  Negotiation and ability to make independent decisions

What Else You Need to Know:

This is a full-time, long term contract position.  ALL OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE CONTIGENT UPON A SUCCESSFUL DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. 

This position is to begin immediately.
