Marketing Coordinator (part-time) 


 

Position Purpose:

This part-time position is responsible for the coordination of marketing activities to help execute strategic marketing iniatives for the credit union. Assists marketing department through delegated work in response to specific marketing projects and as needed. Primary purpose of the position is to provide support and administration for marketing programs and events designed for new and existing members of Endura Financial Federal Credit Union.

 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

 

  • Work closely with vendors to independently coordinate promotional items from start to finish. 
  • Ensure all items adhere to compliance standards and firm brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate site visits, special events, branch activities and appropriate community involvement.

  • Assist in tracking results of marketing iniatives and identifying areas of opportunity.

  • Coordinate welcome mailings to new members and track onboarding process.

  • Create and maintain monthly marketing event calendar and job jackets.

  • Assist with updates to internal documents, website and intranet.

  • Manage marketing supply room and distribution of current materials to branches.

  • Provide marketing administration.

  • Support marketing on projects as needed.

Education/Experience
:

 

  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required. 
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or business a plus. 



Skills/Abilities
:
 

  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills. 
  • Well-organized, efficient, flexible and detail oriented. 
  • Strong customer service attitude. 
  • Ability to research and solve problems independently or in a team.   
  • Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Windows based PC systems and software, including MS Office (Word and Excel).
