Requirements
This is every lender’s dream job! Energy and enthusiasm are essential to this banking role. As a Commercial Relationship Manager for this well-established financial institution, you’ll take over a large portfolio of $100 million, cross-sell products, manage existing relationships and maintain a positive relationship with clients in a market that includes the Madison and Dane County area. This role includes portfolio management but little business development and is relationship oriented. You’ll work with companies whose annual sales equal $5 - $40 million, structuring loans between $100k and $10 million. This role focuses on Commercial and Industrial markets, some commercial real estate, SBA and developers. Excellent benefits include comprehensive health care, pension, and lucrative bonus potential!
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, plus 5 or more years of Commercial Lending or Business Banking experience. Candidate must have proven track record in portfolio and relationship management. Credit skills and familiarity with the Dane County market essential.
