CNC/Drivmatic Programmer
 
Overview:
Perform structural assembly, riveting and inspection operations of major components and assemblies. Experience operating numerical control (NC) DrivMatic Machines (riveting machines) or PaR robotics or CNC programming. Assure quality conformance to company/customer requirements and specifications. Responsible for assuring final quality acceptance of installations, configuration and operational response of mechanical systems, structures, components and controls.
 
Responsibilities:
Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, operation sheets, military specifications and procedures, work sheets and verbal instructions .Perform a variety of riveting and structural assembly operations. Perform fitting and rework operations prepare and maintain necessary documentation and records. Read and interpret withholding tags, standard specifications and standard repair manual .Approve and stamp acceptable assemblies that meet specifications and reject assemblies that do not meet requirements. Know and utilize current cost tracking system. Adhere to all applicable safety and operational procedures and directivesAssist and instruct lower classified assemblers. Perform Production Accountability duties associated with the processing, verification, quality auditing and inspection of assemblies, parts and tooling for the individual has been delegated production accountability. Bring to the attention of supervision all malfunctions, defects and damages of equipment, material and product. Keep work areas clean and orderly. May be required to perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of related experience.
