Bi-Lingual Collection Specialist (Bad Debt)

THE OUTSOURCE GROUP is a rapidly growing Receivables Management Company.  We are experiencing continued growth and adding to our team of Bi-Lingual Bad Debt Collectors in our Charlotte, NC office because of new business.  Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not required.

Collector Responsibilities Include:

• Working with debtors in resolving outstanding issues.
• Securing payment arrangements on monies owed.
• Processing payment information via the telephone.
• Resolving disputes and maintaining accurate records within our collections system.

Collector Requirements Include:

• We currently seek self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with previous experience in consumer collections.
• A full understanding of FDCPA guidelines.
• A working knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and familiarity with a dialer environment is a plus.
