Human Resource Generalist
United Alloy, Inc. is the premier Midwest metal fabrication and powder painting company. Our ability to meet our customer’s requirements through proven design practices and adhesion to ISO standards sets us far above our competitors. We are currently seeking a Human Resource professional to coordinate and direct human resource and administrative support functions for the entire organization. The core areas of responsibility include administration and enforcement of all training and safety policies and programs, maintain and enforce company policy including assistance in processes for hiring, termination, promoting or evaluating personnel, maintain accurate and complete personnel records and attendance calendars, serve as a backup for payroll distribution, promote and foster team building and advise on regulatory and legal compliance.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4 or more years experience in Human Resources, Workforce Development and Safety. Manufacturing exposure and a solid knowledge of HR laws: Federal and Multi-State are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, accountable and demanding culture is essential. Candidate must possess the ability to work well with others and be diplomatic and persuasive. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word is required.
