Real Estate Associates / Analysts

Company:        Our client, a dynamic, growing, vertically integrated national real estate company, is searching for Associates and Analysts for their Asset Management Group.  The company has been recognized as an industry leader and is well positioned for future growth. These are high potential positions with significant visibility and growth prospective.

Position:          This individual’s primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing cash flow models using Excel and Argus.
• Valuations of properties.
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting for properties.
• Review and analyze historical and projected operational asset-specific data (proforma analysis and budget analysis).
• Ensure all operational information is captured in the financial model and prepare reporting packages.
• Various diverse special projects, as needed.

Candidate:     

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant real estate experience.  Prior experience in once of the following asset classes: Office, Retail, Multifamily, Industrial or Hotel.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage multiple transactions.  Enjoy working in a fast-paced, informal, fluid environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial aptitude.
