recipient of many OEM supplier awards. They have been chosen for use at OEM production, research, testing
and training facilities including: Chrysler’s Chelsea Proving Grounds; Ford’s Experimental Vehicles
Building; General Motors’ Milford Proving Grounds; and VW/Audi’s Auburn Hills headquarters. Their
heavy-duty brake testing equipment is the choice of the U.S. Army Logistics Command.

Status: Exempt
Key Results Area:
¨ Coordinates and directs the Company’s graphic designers, video lab, photographer, and support team
Principle Duties Responsibilities:
¨ Directs design, photography, video and art direction for sales and corporate communications
¨ Develops and maintains creative standards for sales materials and corporate communications
¨ Manages process from ideation through execution to delivery of communication pieces to all customers (internal/external)
¨ Direct supervision of design staff responsible for execution of designs, sales materials and corporate communications pieces
Required Skills:
¨ Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop people.
¨ Works effectively across the organization and fosters teamwork.
¨ Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Education:
BA in Art-related field required; post-graduate Art degree with emphasis in computer design strongly preferred
Experience:
¨ 6-8 years previous graphic design experience with increasing responsibilities and previous supervisory/management experience. Video and website supervision experience a plus.
Compensation:
based on past compensation and experience+ 20-30% bonus, relocation package included
