Description
The Cato Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel and accessories, is seeking an experienced Divisional Merchandise Manager - Plus Sportswear for our Corporate office located in Charlotte, NC.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the merchandise strategy, including trend, profit development, and assortment planning across all classifications.
Requirements
Requirements include 3-5 years experience as a Divisional Merchandise Manager, preferably with a background in Plus Sportswear and a college degree. Prior experience in a specialty retail organization with a product development background, proven track record of increasing sales and driving profitability along with excellent managerial/leadership skills.
