Requirements
2nd Level Desktop Support - 80% Desktop, 20% Phone Support
Function as the primary onsite desk-side resource at the local site, performing the following:
a) Install and maintain Desktop & Laptop personal computing hardware and software.
b) Provide Deskside assistance to the local site user community.
c) Install and maintain locally-attached and networked printers.
d) Perform administration of the local site network servers (hardware and application software as applicable).
e) Provide administration of and local support to the site E-mail / messaging system.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in supporting Desktop and Laptop computing infrastructure with experience in Microsoft Windows and the MS-Office Suite.
HP and IBM hardware experience and knowledge is a PLUS.
Novell/Groupwise, Active Directory, SQL, Cisco experience a PLUS
Environment:
IBM & HP Desktops & Laptops
Outlook email, MS Office 2007, Remedy, Blackberry
