Community Association Manager Supervisor

If you have a background in the Homeowner Association Management and have at least 5 years supervisory experience, Henderson Properties would like to discuss with you the opportunity currently available with our company.  Due to recent growth, our  Homeowners Association Management Division is seeking a qualified professional to fill a new position as Supervisor of our Community Association Managers.

• The CAM Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Community Association Managers.
• Additionally, this position will be primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of Department forms and procedures, as well as providing training and support on various levels of the Community Association Manager position.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree or above as well as the PCAM designation and have a minimum of 5 years property management/real estate experience.
• Ideal candidates will also have staff supervisory experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, knowledge of real estate principles and practices, ability to think independently and make sound decisions are all important requirements for this position.
• Candidate should also be proficient in the use of word processing software, a personal computer and a printer.
