Leading fast growing national retailer is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for the management of store operations and reinforcing exceptional customer service standards.
Core Job Responsibilities:

Support and model exceptional customer service.

Achieve and/or exceed all financial goals established for the store.

Build and develop a team of qualified associates who can achieve established goals and objectives through recruitment, training and development.

Execute all company policies and objectives within the store.

Support a positive work and shopping environment.

Create appropriate schedules based on business needs and payroll guidelines.
-
Maintain effective communication with District Manager, and corporate office.
-
Effectively communicate and bring to life the company vision, mission, values and expectations in stores.

Execute and maintain operational, promotional, and visual/merchandising standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
*Assist in managing, evaluating, and developing 6-8 associates.
Position Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.

Familiarity wth retail sales, merchandising programs and procedures.

Knowledge of the retail industry

Minimum of two years of experience in a retail management position.

Excellent sales abilities

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
