Description
· Schedule and monitor daily activities of material handlers
· Reconciling inventory counts
· Transfers within warehouse
· Producing and analyzing inventory reports on a daily basis
· Completion of transfers and kit assemblies
· Research and correct discrepancies on the WMSI dashboard
· Research/analyze cycle count errors and provide “root cause" analysis.
· Serve as a backup for the department supervisor on daily cycle count and production reporting
· Serve as the primary trainer for new personnel
· Provide feedback on procedures to improve efficiency within the department
· Monitor daily housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
· Good communications skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Provide excellent customer service skills
· Basic math skills
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Experience:
· Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management systems
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Must be detail oriented and a self starter
· Solomon experience, a plus
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Forklift certification a plus
Preferred Education & Training:
· High School diploma or equivalent
