Job Description:

• Segmentation Management:

        i)   Segmentation definition and identification

        ii)  Segmentation strategy design and implementation 
        iii) Segment profit  improvement and measurement
        iv) Segment analysis and data-mining

• Marketing

        i)   Brand and Marketing Management

             (1)   Sales tool development

             (2)   Advertising material development  including

                     (a)   Newspaper ads

                     (b)   Radio commercial

                     (c)   TV commercial

                     (d)   Branch display- in door and outdoor

             (3)   Website development and maintenance

        ii)  Public Relation Management

             (1)   Public relation strategy and execution

                     (a)   Event marketing

                     (b)   Press release (Chinese and English)

• Supervise Sales Management

   

        i)   Performance report design and generation on detail measurable KPI

       ii)   Sales skill training

      iii)   Sales incentive design and monitoring

      iv)   Sales leads design and generation

       v)   Sales operation enhancement

       vi)  Sales coaching and disciplinary structure

• Supervise Branch Assessment

       i)   Branch performance, market and human resources assessment

      ii)   Branch opening recommendation

     iii)   Branch relocation and closure recommendation

• 5 years of segmentation / marketing and sales management or relation experience

• Need excellent analytical skill in excel and powerpoint presentation

• Need management skill to give articulate direction of a staff of three

• Need to daily communicate with Taiwan parent company after hours

• Need sophisticated presentation skill in English and  Mandarin with management from local and parent company

• Need to work very closely with staff and dozens of teammate from parent bank

• MBA and finance background a big plus

• Bank product in consumer lending, products and wealth management is a big plus
