Description

Duties will include: assisting with the coordination of patient appointments; triage of patients and assessment of chief complaint to assure appropriate appointment physician is located; serves as a resource for other call center agents to schedule patients appropriately; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess: Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or diploma in Nursing from an Accredited institution or university; current Maryland licensure or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure; excellent customer service and communication skills; 2-3 years clinical Orthopaedic experience.
