Description Excellent opportunity for a positive thinking, hard working, organized, dedicated person to assume a new position in growing healthcare related professional Association. 

Candidate should have strong MS Office Skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Candidate shoud also have great command of the written word and be able to proof and correct text in various formats.  Skill in graphic design using programs such as Adobe, Quark,  Publisher, or other graphic design software is preferred.   Overall, we are looking for an experienced, professional minded person, who likes working in a very friendly, but sometimes fast paced environment.  

Looking for a self starter, who communicates well and who does not need constant supervision.  Would prefer someone willing to help with projects as they come up, and who does not mind shifting from one task to another on short notice.  We are looking for someone with at least three years experience in an office setting.
Travel to a once a year Annual Conference at various US cities is optional but preferred.  (resort or conference property)

Great benefit package including 401K.  Great location in a new office, very close to I-295 and 70 in Cherry Hill.

Requirements
  • Three years office experience
  • MS Office Experience -especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to edit documents for grammar and clerical errors
  • Experience in Graphic Arts-Ability to use one or more graphic arts software to produce brochures, graphics, web graphics
  • Great Communication skills
  • Must have a "team" approach to the work environment
