Description Program Director

RehabCare has a Program Director opportunity available for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and OTA to manage our physical rehab program in Fairfield, OH.

As a Rehab Director with RehabCare, you will:

Supervise a team of therapy professionals delivering the
highest quality of patient care in a skilled nursing setting

Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and community education

Be responsible for financial managment, census development,
unit operations, and client & physician relations

Provide direct patient care including evaluations & treatment

Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy,Speech-
Language Pathology,Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited college or university

License or licensure eligible in one of the above disciplines

2 + years experience in a skilled nursing environment

Previous Managment experience within a similar setting required
